Find an Integration Connection Slug and Check Its Events
Copy an integration connection slug and check its recent events.
Use this guide to find an integration connection slug and check an event. This is a read-only task. It does not change the integration connection.
Before you begin
You need an existing integration connection and access to its settings. If you do not have one, connect one from the integrations catalog.
Copy the integration connection slug
Open Settings → Integrations. Open the integration connection's menu and select Use this integration.
Copy the slug from the trigger example. Use the full value as a trigger
source. You can also use it as an agent-tool connection.
Inspect recent events
Open the same menu and select View recent events. Shipfox opens the event journal with that integration connection selected.
Send one safe test event from the provider. Open the new event. Check that:
- The source equals the copied integration connection slug.
- The event name matches the provider action.
- The payload shows the test item you sent.
- The result shows if a workflow matched.
Use Troubleshoot event routing when delivery succeeds but no run appears.
