Claap integration

Connect one Claap workspace and let workflows read its meeting recordings, summaries, and transcripts through Claap tools.

The Claap integration lets agent steps and tool steps read the recordings of one Claap workspace. A workflow can:

  • List recordings and filter them by participant, company, deal, folder, or date.
  • Read one recording with its metadata and its AI-generated summary.
  • Read the full transcript of one recording.
  • Search transcripts by keyword or by meaning.

The tools that read one recording accept a Claap share URL or a recording ID. A share URL must belong to the connected Claap workspace.

Every Claap tool is read-only. Shipfox forwards only the tools on the tools page and never any other Claap tool.

Authentication

Shipfox authenticates with a Claap workspace API key. The key must begin with cla_. A Claap Admin or Owner creates it.

The key acts as a Claap workspace admin. A default key reads the recordings that workspace members can access. A Full access key also reads private recordings. The setup guide explains which key to create.

Integration connection identity

One Claap integration connection represents one Claap workspace. Shipfox names the integration connection Claap <workspace name>.

The slug of a Claap integration connection defaults to claap_<workspace>, where <workspace> is the normalized Claap workspace name. For example, claap_acme. Shipfox makes the slug unique within the Shipfox workspace.

Use the slug as connection in an agent integration or tool step.
