Pause and Resume an Integration Connection
Pause new events from one integration connection. Resume it with a fresh test event.
Use this guide to stop events from one integration connection for a short time. Shipfox does not replay events dropped during the pause. The integration connection stays in the workspace.
Before you begin
You need permission to manage workspace integrations. The integration connection must be safe to pause.
Find the workflows that use the integration connection slug. Check that missing runs during the pause will not hide urgent work.
Disable the integration connection
Open Settings → Integrations. Open the integration connection's menu and select Disable integration.
Send a safe test event. Check that it does not appear in Settings → Events. Check that no workflow run starts from it.
Enable and verify the integration connection
Open the integration connection's menu and select Enable integration. Send a new test event from the provider.
Check that the new event appears in the event journal. It must have a final routing result. Shipfox will not recover events sent during the pause.
