Cancel or Re-run a Shipfox Workflow

Before you begin

You need an active run to cancel or a finished, failed, or cancelled run to start again.

Cancel active work

Open the active run and select Cancel workflow. Shipfox cancels unfinished work and keeps the attempt, logs, and results already recorded.

Wait for the run to reach cancelled before starting another attempt.

Re-run all jobs

Open a terminal run and select Re-run workflow or Re-run all jobs. Shipfox adds a new attempt to the same run and starts every job from pending state.

Re-run failed jobs only

For a failed or cancelled run, open the re-run menu and select Re-run failed jobs. Successful jobs are carried into the new attempt with their outputs. Failed, cancelled, and downstream jobs start again.

Use the attempt selector near the run title to switch between histories. A re-run uses the definition materialized for the original run. Start the workflow from its Workflows page when you need YAML that synced later.

Confirm the result

• After cancellation, confirm that the active attempt reaches cancelled and keeps completed logs.
• After a full re-run, confirm that the attempt selector shows a new attempt and every job starts again.
• After a failed-job re-run, confirm that successful jobs and their outputs are carried forward while failed and downstream jobs run again.
